Mollie Lewis

Mollie Lewis is admitted to the New York and Paris Bars. She joined Darci in 2024 after training and practising with leading international law firms in New York, Beirut, Dubai and Paris, gaining broad cross-border experience in complex construction and infrastructure matters.

Mollie specialises in construction law and advises employers, contractors and engineers across the full construction contract lifecycle. Her work includes drafting and negotiating construction contracts, advising on contract management and project execution, and helping clients anticipate and prevent disputes, particularly under FIDIC forms of contract. She also acts as counsel in Dispute Board proceedings.

Mollie represents clients in international arbitration proceedings in the construction sector under the rules of major arbitral institutions, including the ICC, PCA, DIFC-LCIA and DIAC, most of which involve FIDIC-based contracts. She also regularly acts as tribunal secretary to arbitral tribunals in construction-related disputes.
