Adam Malek

Adam Malek

Adam Malek is admitted to the Paris Bar. He joined Darci in 2025 after training and working with leading law firms in Paris and Zurich.

Adam specialised early in international arbitration and dispute resolution and has gained experience across several sectors, including mining, aviation, energy, and construction. At Darci, he advises and represents clients in the negotiation, performance and dispute resolution of international construction contracts, including in international arbitration and before Dispute Boards.

Adam also represents clients in enforcement and annulment proceedings before the Paris Court of Appeal.

Finally, Adam has taught private law, corporate law and private judicial law (civil procedure and ADR) at Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne University. He is regularly invited to give lectures related to international arbitration and dispute resolution at HEAD Paris and the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Adam is also regularly invited to speak at events related to international arbitration.
