On 14 October 2023, our founder, Yann Schneller, delivered an ICC Construction Arbitration training session alongside Alina Leoveanu, Maud Lebois, Sofia Parra Martinez, Luminita Popa and David Brown, unpacking common gateway issues in construction arbitration and exploring how to efficiently manage the arbitration process in these document-heavy proceedings.
