Yutty Ramen is admitted to the Paris Bar. Before joining Darci in 2026, Yutty trained and practiced as an associate in the international arbitration practice group of White & Case Paris for seven years. Prior to this, she gained experience in the commercial litigation and white collar/regulatory practice groups of the same firm.
Yutty regularly advises employers and contractors on construction contracts, particularly FIDIC contracts, across the full project lifecycle — from drafting and negotiating contracts to operational problem-solving and dispute resolution.
Yutty advises both State entities and private parties in commercial and investor-state arbitrations, as well as in Dispute Board proceedings and settlement discussions, with a focus on the construction sector. She has acted for parties in arbitration proceedings before the ICC, ICSID, the PCA, the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Mauritian Mediation and Arbitration Centre (MARC), and ad hoc tribunals under UNCITRAL Rules. Yutty also represents clients in enforcement and annulment proceedings before the Paris Court of Appeal. She also acts as administrative secretary to tribunals in international arbitration proceedings.
Yutty works fluently in both English and French (native). She also has basic knowledge of Tamil and Hindi.
